Price of the legal services is established in the form of the total agreed amount for specific services or by the hour for services rendered in real time (verbal legal consultancy on foreign economic activities in Russian/English, verbal expert appraisal of the documents, representation in negotiations, etc.).
Magister and Partners LLC applies simplified system of taxation, the services are not subject to VAT and there are no invoices for these amounts. Where necessary, a copy of the notice on opportunity to apply SST may be presented. As a rule, contracts, invoices and reports on the services will be sent in advance by e-mail and then posted or handed over at the meeting with the client.
Currently all payments to and from companies are carried out only by banking transfers. Foreign companies may make payments in different foreign currencies.
Individuals may make cash payments in Russian rubles on the grounds of the contract for further deposit to the bank.
